Nature made accessible

Easily accessible via a high quality road system, the ZEC Bras-Coupé Desert has delighted hunting and fishing amateurs for more than 20 years.

Located on 1,200 square km, the Zec has over 125 lakes, many of which are stocked with sought after pickerel (or walleye). Over the last four years more than 10 million fry have been introduced.

Visitors have the choice from among 15 camping sites and many boat launch sites simplify access to all its major lakes.

In addition to hunting and fishing, the Zec also has several canoe-camping circuits on three of its main rivers. Two to five day excursions are available with the degree of difficulty ranging from R1 to R4.

As well, the territory also has several ATV trails.
